Preparing Your Paper

Authors must prepare their papers using the TMBLS MS Word template and convert them to PDF format before submission to the conference organiser.

Paper Format

  • Template: Download the TMBLS MS Word template package.
  • Format: The submission file must be in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document format.
  • Length: Papers should typically be 4–20 pages, including references and appendices. Specific length requirements may be set by the conference organiser.
  • Font: Use a 12-point font throughout.
  • Spacing: Text should be single-spaced.
  • Italics: Use italics rather than underlining (except for URL addresses).
  • Figures and tables: Place all illustrations, figures, and tables within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

Required Elements

Each paper must include:

  • Title — Should be at least 5 words and accurately describe the content.
  • Author name(s) and affiliation(s) — Including city and country.
  • Abstract — A sufficient summary of the paper, outlining goals, results, and conclusions. The abstract should convey sufficient understanding when read in isolation from the paper.
  • Keywords — 3–6 keywords describing the main topics.
  • Main text — The body of the paper, typically structured into sections such as Introduction, Methodology, Results, and Conclusion. It should present the research problem, methods, findings, and implications clearly and logically.
